Media Components in the Community

Media Components in the Community

Media Components corporate mission is to provide their clients with the best of digital marketing and web development. Since the organization’s inception in 2001, Media Components has launched many successful websites, streamlined their marketing strategies, and developed associations with a network of savvy professionals. What you may not realize is that the company has a similarly passionate drive to give back to the city of Philadelphia and its surrounding communities.

The organization’s founder and president, Denis Sinelnikov, is truly committed to his personal philanthropic efforts and has realized the importance of corporate giving as it pertains to his personal fulfillment and his company’s longevity. As Media Components has grown, Sinelnikov has created a foundation based upon community involvement, and he has set an example for other young business professionals. No matter how small the contribution, your philanthropic efforts collectively have an enormous impact on the world around you.

Why Volunteer?

Addressing social issues as a company builds stronger communities while strengthening bonds between employees. Besides the underlying goodwill that results in helping others, there are plenty of associated benefits for your company. Giving back to the community improves your corporate image, develops your employees leadership and team building skills, increases productivity, improves morale and motivation, and attracts new hires.

Ways You Can Help:

Time is money! When contributing to a philanthropic cause, time is just as valuable as a monetary donation. While cash donations are always a welcome gift, donating time to assist an organization adds value that can’t be experienced in a transactional exchange. Roll up your sleeves and get involved!

Habitat for Humanity relies heavily on volunteers to accomplish their mission of building homes, communities, and hope in the United States and around the world. The local Philadelphia branch offers opportunities such as their “Sponsor a Team Build Day” on one of their construction sites, or you can volunteer to work in a ReStore near you. All revenue from ReStore goes towards future Habitat projects!

Philabundance was built in 1984 on the foundational belief that no man, woman or child should go hungry. Whether you want to work at their Hunger Relief Center in South Philadelphia, pick fruits and vegetables on local farms, or work at their weekly farmer’s market, Philabundance provides plenty of local opportunities for groups. If you’re interested in serving any and all of the nine counties to which they offer assistance, contact them to set up a group volunteering day!

Cradles To Crayons helps disadvantaged children in the Greater Philadelphia area by creating KidPacks. These packages provide essential items for children to thrive in every aspect of their lives and include new nad nearly new toys, shoes, clothing, school supplies, and more. Volunteer at their Giving Factory Warehouse or host a product drive without ever even leaving the office!

The Casey Cares Foundation provides ongoing, uplifting programs with a special touch to critically ill children and their families.

Media Components in the Community:

While we are always looking to extend our reach and broaden our community efforts, Media Components has been fortunate to work with some incredible local organizations over the past year.

Denis Sinelnikov is a member of the Lower Bucks County Chamber of Commerce, BucksMont Chamber of Commerce, and the Bustleton Business Association. He regularly donates his time to host technology seminars and educational events for area business owners giving complimentary consultations on the topics most crucial to small business success in the digital age. He actively participates to build a better community, and he is also known for his networking and marketing contributions with BNI.

Media Components was recently listed in the Philadelphia Business Journal’s “Book of Lists” as the Top Branding, Marketing, and Media Services Company. Sinelnikov can’t help but wonder what role his community involvement played in his receipt of this great honor…

Strive to make a difference in your community! Donating time is one of the best ways to establish your business’ reputation while making a difference in the world around us. Taking a day out of the office to benefit your community can be more rewarding than even your most productive day at the office.
